Woman Suffrage

the right of woman to vote. Women have full voters' rights in the four American states of Wyoming (1869); Colorado (1893); Idaho (1896); Utah (1896). In nearly all other states, woman has the right to vote on school and library matters, and in some states a vote in municipal elections. Municipal suffrage has been granted women in most of the Canadian provinces. In Great Britain women vote, except at parliamentary elections.
