Wheel Vise

Rose's patent wheel vise, shown in Fig. 317 is used for holding all kinds of watch wheels while undergoing repairs, such as putting in new teeth, removing rust from pinions, etc., and for holding balance wheels while putting in or removing the screws, taking the hair spring or collet from staff, or for any work where the safety of the wheel is involved.
