Bael
A demon cited in the Grand Grimoire (q.v.), and head of the infernal powers. It is with him that Wierius commences his inventory of the famous Pseudonomarchia Daemonum. He alludes to Bael as the first monarch of hell, and says that his estates are situated on the eastern regions thereof. He has three heads, one, that of a crab, another that of a cat, and the third that of a man. Sixty-six legions obey him.
