Damrosch (FRANK HEINO d m'rosh h)

FRANK HEINO (däm'rosh), h), an American musician; born in Breslau, Germany, June 22, 1859. He was trained by his father, LEOPOLD DAMSON (q. v.), and in 1882 became conductor of of music in the public schools of that Metropolitan Opera House, New York, from 1885 to 1891, and in 1892 organized the People's Singing Class.
