Harper (WILLIAM RAINEY an American)

WILLIAM RAINEY, an American educator; born in New Concord, O., July 26, 1856; was graduated at Muskingum College in 1870; Profes- Theological Seminary, Chicago, in 1879sor of Hebrew at the Baptist Union 1886; of Semitic Languages at Yale Coldent of the University of Chicago. Weidner); "The Prospects of the Small College"; "Elements of Latin" etc. He died Jan. 10, 1906.
