James (OLLIE M United States Senator)

OLLIE M., United States Senator from Kentucky, born in 1871.

He received an academic education and after studying law was admitted to the bar in 1891. He became active in poliafter studying law was admitted to the bar in 1891. He became active in poliwas elected to Congress in 1903 and was re-elected to successive Congresses to 1913 when he took his place in the Senate to which he had been elected in the pre- 1913 when he took his place in the Senate Democratic National Convention in 1912.

He died in 1918. an
