LESLIE E., an American physician; born in 1842; was graduated at Rush Medical College in 1864. He founded the Keeley Institute system for the cure of inebriety and the use of narcotics, commonly known as the gold or Keeley cure, and was president of the company which bears his name . died in Los Angeles, Cal., Feb. 21, 1900.
