Nashua
a city and one of the the Nashua river and on the Boston and NASHVILLE Maine railroad; 35 miles S. of Concord.
It contains a public library, several public institutions, several daily papers, electric lights, electric street railroads, waterworks, and National and savings banks. It has manufactories of edge tools, iron and steel, engines, shoes, bob bins and shuttles, locks, cotton goods, furniture, carpets, etc. Pop. (1910) 26,005; (1920) 28,379.
