Nicene Creed
the 1 1 NICHOL summary of articles of belief formulated man and Western Churches, and caused by the first council of Nice, and the "Filioque" clause, to which the Greeks obhaving been added at the First Council of Constantinople, A. D., 381, under Pope der Pope Damasus I. The creed is rein the Roman mass-all present present genuflecting at the words "Et est"-and in the Communion office of the Anglican Church.
