Bright Red Bronzing for Cop- Mix together sulphate of copper, 100 parts; carbonate of soda, 60 parts; apply heat until they unite into a mass, then cool, powder, and add copper filings, 15 parts; well mix, and keep them at a white heat for 20 minutes, then cool, powder, wash thoroughly with water, and dry.
