Mexican Tooth Wash

Take of pulverized orris root, 1 ounce; tonqua beans, 1 ounce; Peruvian bark, 1/2 ounce; oak bark, 1/2 ounce; alcohol, 1 pint; water, 1 pint; let the above stand for 12 days, and filter; color with alkanet root. An elegant tooth wash.
