Powdered color are suitable. A little rectified spirit is a willow charcoal, 4 ounces; chinchona bark useful addition, as tending to preserve them, and sugar of milk, in powders, each 1 pound; and promote their action. A little eau de Coold transparent soap, in powder, 4 ounces; logne or lavender water is often employed, mix in a marble mortar, sift through the finest with the same intention.
