Orange (Solution of bichromate)
A solution of bichromate of potassa in water, either with or with-. out the addition of some hydrochloric or sulphuric acid. Or: Dissolve gamboge or annotto in liquor of potassa; dilute with water and add a little spirit. Filter these as directed in No. 2648.
