Red Salve
Red lead, 1 pound ; and sweet oils, of each 3 table-spoonfuls; spirits of turpentine, 1 tea-spoonful; melt all, except the first and last, together, then stir in the lead and stir until cool, adding the turpentine. Good for all inflamed sores.
