KNOW all men by these presents, that I, A. B., of, etc., am held and firmly bound unto the Insurance Company, in the sum of one thousand dollars, lawful money of the United States, to be paid to the said Insurance Company or assigns; for which payment, well and truly to be made, I bind myself, my heirs, ex-- ecutors, and administrators, firmly by these presents.
