Campbell Islands
a group of lonely islands to the S. of New Zealand, in 52° 34′ S. lat., and 169° 12′ E. long.
Though they rise to a height of 1,498 feet, and are only 85 square miles in area, they are yet valuable on account of their harbors. They are also scientifically in teresting, being volcanic, and displaying a rich and rare flora.
