Cuyler

THEODORE LEDYARD, an American clergyman; born in Aurora, N. Y., Jan. 10, 1822. He was graduated at Princeton College in 1841 and at Princeton Theological Seminary in 1846.

From 1860 he was pastor of Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church in Brooklyn, resigning to devote his time to literary and reform work. He has written "Newly Enlisted," "Christianity in the Home," etc. He died Feb. 26, 1909.
