Sedgwick (HENRY DWIGHT an American)

HENRY DWIGHT, an American author, born at Stockbridge, Mass., in 1861. He studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1884 and until 1898 practiced in New York. He wrote "Life of Father Hecker" (1897); "Life of Samuel Champlain" (1901) "Essays on Writers" (1902); "Life of Francis Parkman" (1904); "Italy in the Thirteenth Century teenth Century" (1912) "Dante" (1919). the National Institute of Arts and Letters.
