ARTHUR LLOYD, an ex- Pittsburgh, Pa. From 1879 to 1887 he governor of the State of Utah, born in 1851; educated in the public schools of member of the commission to collect and was secretary of Utah Territory, being a he was elected governor of the state for was secretary of Utah Territory, being a four years.
