Sulphate pack it firmly in a cylindrical precolator, and of iron, muriate of soda, muriate of lime, of gradually pour alcohol upon it until 2 pints each 2 grains; carbonate of soda, 3 grains; of tincture are obtained. (U. S. Ph.) carbonated water, 1 pint.
