Chloride of is resorted to in the preparation of tinctures, sodium, 100 grains; muriate of lime, 10 grains; muriate of magnesia, 6 grains; bicarbonate of soda, 2 grains; water, 184 4480. Tincture of Assafetida. Maceounces. Dissolve and add simple sulphuretted water, 14 ounces.
