Take of tincture of 899. Lemon Beer. Put into a keg 1 myrrh, 1 ounce; tincture of capsicum, 2 ounces. gallon water, 1 sliced lemon, 1 table-spoonful ginger, 1 pint good syrup, and 1/2 pint yeast.

In 24 hours it will be ready for use. If bottled the corks must be tied down.
