Dissolve crystallized verdigris in water. Or, dissolve sap green in water, and add a little alum. Or, add tion of litmus, till it turns green. Or, dissolve equal parts of crystallized verdigris and cream of tartar in water, and add a little gum-arabic.

Used as an ink for writing.
