Logwood Lilac

Dye a sky blue (see No. 131); then work for 15 minutes in a tub of warm water containing 1 gallon alum plumb (see No. 114); wring out and dry. dry. A variety of tints may be obtained by finishing in a weak decoction of one or other of the different dye-woods.
