Penalty Points. -A shooter shall be penalised one point for each and every prize or sweepstakes over the subscribed or declared value of 20s. he may win during the current month; this penalty, and any additional ones subsequently incurred, to continue in force until a new handicap is calculated. In the event of a division, the shooters dividing must arrange and declare which of them shall be penalised. This system of penalties shall equally apply to the winners of scratch events, and to the winning of holderships of trophies, but not to the winner of rounds in the C.B.S.A. medal competitions. One shooter only shall be penalised in each event, optional sweeps being included as part of the event.
