Limited Variation of Points. The points awarded to a shooter at the beginning of each month shall not be varied by more than one point from the points he possessed, as a result of averages and penalties, at the end of the previous month. This rule shall not apply to new members, whose points shall be allotted at the end of their first month, as laid down in Rule XXIX., provided in all cases that such handicap, as based on his score, shall not be allotted until the new member has fired at not less than 100 birds since joining the Club.
