Assignment of a Mortgage

Know all men by these presents, that I, A. B., the mortgagee within named,. for and in consideration of the sum of sixteen hundred dollars, to me paid by C. D., of, etc., at and before the sealing and delivery hereof (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged), have granted, bargained, sold, assigned, and set over, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, assign, and set over, unto the said C. D., his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, the within deed of mortgage, and all my right and title to that messuage, etc., therein mentioned and described, together with the original debt for which the said mortgage was given, and all evidence thereof, and all the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold all and singular the premises hereby granted and assigned, or mentioned, or intended so to be, unto the said C. D., his heirs and assigns, forever; subject, nevertheless, to the right and equity of redemption of the within named E. F., his heirs and assigns. (if any they have), in the same.
