Pig-iron Breaker
The common form of breaker for pig-iron is a heavy sledge-hammer. Many forms of power breakers are employed at the blast-furnaces which might with considerable profit be introduced in the foundries, where a large quantity of pig iron must be broken for convenience in charging the cupola.
