Tutenag
An Indian name for zinc. It is sometimes applied to denote a white alloy brought from China and called Chinese copper. Analysis discovers copper, zinc, and iron in some specimens, while others are said to be merely copper and arsenic. It is used chiefly for tableware, and is generally composed of copper 50, nickel 19, and zinc 31, although it is common to mix lead or iron in small quantities along with these ingredients.
