Imitation Peach Brandy

Take quassia; 1½ ounces calamus; 1½ ounces + gallon honey dissolved in water; 3 gallons catechu (powdered); 1 ounce cardamom; 2 Macerate the alcohol; gallon Jamaica rum; 1 ounce ounces dried orange peel. catechu, bruised to a paste; 1 ounce acetic above 10 days in 1/2 gallon strong whiskey, and ether. Add water to make 10 gallons, flavored with 4 ounces of bitter almonds. No coloring required. then filter and add 2 gallons water. Color with mallow or malva flowers.
