Superfine Maraschino (Ounces essence of noyau ounce)

4 ounces essence of noyau 1 ounce essence of rose; 1/2 ounce essence of neroli (genuine); 4 drachms receipt. 780.

Anise Seed Cordial. Dissolve 3 of mace, infused in 95 per cent. alcohol; pound cinnamon, infused in 1 quart of water; drachms of oil of anise seed in 24 gallons of 2 ounces cloves, infused in 1 pint of water; 2 95 per cent. alcohol; then add 2½ gallons of 295 per cent. alcohol; then add 2½ gallons of pounds orris root (powdered), infused in 2 fine white syrup, mixed with 44 gallons of gallons 95 per cent. alcohol for 15 days. Dis- water. Stir and filter.
